Since more than 200 years we produce our award-winning sausages and cold meats in our family-run butchery. During our production in our manufacturing building in Oberndorf we focuse on Austrian quality meat, natural ingredients and try to produce all our products free of allergens. They are traditionally made according to our very own family recipes and they are quite successfull at international competitions. Appart from our cold meats, sausages and other specialities, our most successfull products are bacon, ham and raw sausages, which we would like to introduce you.
